The life and health center Haus Momentum has a total of 113 modern and generously proportioned apartments. 50 of the apartments are not only barrier-free, but also wheelchair-accessible. All apartments have their own shower room with WC as well as a telephone, internet and television connection. The apartments are divided into a maximum of six independently organized living groups with an associated kitchen and lounge area as well as a balcony or terrace to ensure a familiar and social atmosphere. The residential group concept is designed to ensure a homely, family-like atmosphere. To this end, each residential group has an attractively designed communal room as the focal point of the residential group with a kitchen and dining area as well as a terrace, roof terrace or balcony. There will also be Premium Light rooms, i.e. particularly high-quality and additional facilities for residents who want to live as if they were in a hotel.
